Jam’iyyar APC, PDP a jahar Ekiti sun yi martani ga hukucin kotun daukaka kara, wacce ta soke nasarar Dayo Adeyeye na APC, tare kaddamar da Sanata Biodun Olujimi na PDP a matsayin wanda  yayi nasara.

Laraba 6 ga watan Nuwamba, kotun daukaka karar ta yanke  hukuncin kotun zabe na ranar 10 ga watan Satumba karkashin jagorancin Justis Danladi, wanda ta umurci INEC da ta janye takardar shaidar cin zaben da ta baiwa Adeyeye sannan ta mika sabo ga Olujimi.

Jam’iyyar PDP ta yabawa  hukuncin kotun kan tabbatar da nasarar yar takarar su, inda ta  bayyana hakan a matsayin gaskiya ta yi halinta, sannan hukuncin kotunan zaben da na daukaka kara bai zo masu a bazata ba saboda sakamakon da hukumar zabe mai zaman kanta wato INEC ta bayyana bai yi daidai da ainahin kuri’un da aka kada ba.

Sannan jam’iyyar  APC tace sallamar kakakin majalisar dattawan ya sabama muradin mutane.

A wani jawabi daga sakataren labaran PDP a jahar, Mista Jackson Adebayo, jam’iyyar ta soki INEC akan hada kai da jam’iyyar APC wajen sace kuri’un da aka kada wa Olujimi da PDP a zaben ba tare da kula da makomar damokradiyya a kasar ba.

Jam’iyyar ta kuma jinjina ma bangaren shari’a akan gyara kuskuren da aka yi ta hanyar kaddamar da Sanata Olujimi da PDP a matsayin ainahin wacce ta lashe zaben majalisar dokokin tarayya. Jam’iyyar ta bukaci dukkanin shugabanni da mambobin jam’iyyar da su kalli nasarar a matsayin nufin Allah, don haka akwai bukatar hadin kai domin inganta jam’iyyar dan samun cigaba

Daraktan labaran APC Elder Sam Oluwalana, ya bukaci mutane da kada su bari gwiwarsu ya karye akan hukuncin kotun, cewa su cigaba da marawa APC a jahar baya domin gyara barnar da gwamnatin ta shude tana yi wa tattalin arzikin jahar.

Oluwalana ya bayyana cewa dan gajeren lokacin da sanata Adeyeye ya yi a majalisar dattawan ya yiwa mutanen Ekiti ta Kudu da jahar bakin daya gagarumin kokari. Ya kuma roki mutane da su cigaba da gudanar da harkokin gabansu maimakon daukar doka a hannunsu kan hukuncin.
