Kalubalin Sanata Ndume kan biyan haraji ga gwamnatin tarayya

Sanatan mai wakiltar Borno ta kudu Muhammad Ali Ndume, ya shawarci gwamnatin Najeriyar game da yunkurinta na kara harajin kaya domin samun karin kudi.

Sanata Ndume ya ce idan gwamnati ta aiwatar da karin harajin kaya, toh talaka ne zai shiga halin ni-‘ya-su ta yadda farashin komai a kasuwa zai daga kama daga farashin mai,magani, mota da kuma abinci.Kamata ya yi gwamnatin ta bijiro da tsarin karbar haraji daga masu amfani da waya.

Ndume ya bayar da misali a zauren majalisar dattawan,  cewa kasar Ghana cikin  shekarar 2008 ta samar da tsarin kara haraji ga masu amfani da waya inda masu amfani da wayar ke biyan kashi shida, wanda yanzu haka suke biyan kashi tara cikin dari.

Ya ce bayan da gwamnatin  ta Ghana ta samar da tsari, ta rage harajin kaya  wato (VAT) saboda talakawa su samu sauki ta wata fuskar, inda yace mutane kusan miliyan 60 ne suke amfani da waya a Najeriya wanda a ganinsa, wannan zai zamu hanya mafi sauki da gwamnati za ta tara kudade.

Ya kara da cewa,duk wani mai waya a tsarin Najeriya ba talaka ba ne, idan kuma gwamnati ta yanke shawarar kara VAT, toh matakin zai fi shafar talaka ne.

BBC ta rawaito cewa Ndume ya bayyana cewa gwamnatin tarayya ta talaka ce kuma kamar yadda ya ce, tuni marasa karfi a Najeriya suka fara yi wa wannan yunkuri na gwamnati kallon karin nauyi ne a garesu duk da ya ce wannan tsarin ba zai tabbata ba har sai gwamnatin ta gabatar wa majalisar dokokin kasar kudiri game da bukatar a kara harajin VAT, kudirin da zai zama doka idan majalisar ta amince da shi.

Sanatan ya ce kamata ya yi a gudanar da bincike domin zabo masu hali da ke amfani da waya wadanda su gwamnati za ta rika caja.

Kamfanonin waya ma tuni suka fara sukar wannan kira nasa sai dai ya ce a kasar Ghana da take karbar haraji daga masu amfani da waya, irin wadannan kamfanoni sun shafe tsawon lokaci suna biyan harajin ba tare da tirjiya ba inda ya ce a Najeriya ma, bai ga dalilin da zai sa kamfanonin su bijire wa tsarin ba. Inji shi.
